• SHIPPING:

We ship most items by the U.S. Postal System.  Although most items ship within 24 hours, please allow 3-10 days for delivery!  Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the following business day if all items are in stock.  We do not ship by UPS or Fed-Ex.  Express services are available through the U.S. Postal System at an additional cost. Express shipping requires that the order be placed before 11AM EST in order to be processed in time to ship the same day as the order.

Shipping costs are based on price, weight, packing and location. Shipping costs are totaled automatically by the secure shopping cart and can be viewed before your order is finalized.


Oversize, Overweight or Multiple Quantity item Orders: Additional Shipping Charges May Apply.
Large orders and certain heavier items may require additional shipping due to size or weight.  These additional charges will automatically be added to your order when it is processed.

• PRICING POLICY:

All prices are subject to change (up or down) without notice.  These changes will be reflected on our website as soon as possible.

For fastest order processing and accuracy we encourage customers to place their order online through our secure shopping cart. Orders placed by phone require that we enter your items into the same shopping cart manually.  There is a $5.00 fee for this service.

• RETURN POLICY:

You must return purchases within 14 days to be accepted. Costumes must be returned within 72 hours and be dated by return carrier within 48 hours . *See below for Halloween exceptions.  Viking Products Co. Returns Dept. must approve all returns first, via telephone (315-848-2274) or E-Mail.  You will be given a Return Authorization number, and arrange for an exchange, store credit or refund for the merchandise at our discretion.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping/Insurance and Handling Charges are not refundable.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.  If you ship your return through the Post Office, use Delivery Confirmation or Return Receipt so you know your item was delivered to us. Insure the item/s being returned, in case it is damaged in transit.  Include your Return Authorization number and a copy of your original invoice.  Items received in a damaged or broken condition will not be credited.  Do not return items in envelopes. Use proper packing or the return will be refused.

Viking Products Co. double checks that all merchandise leaves us packed properly and in new, working condition. If you do not receive your package, or if a package has been delivered damaged, please notify the carrier immediately! Keep all shipping and packing materials, as the carrier will need to inspect them to confirm your claim. Claims will be processed by Viking Products Co. once they are resolved by the carrier on your end.

** We are sorry, but due to health reasons, we can not accept returns of any makeup, noses, wigs, eyelashes, teeth, hats, gloves or socks!  When you purchase books, videos and magic tricks, you purchase the secrets and techniques/methods. For this reason, books, videos/DVD’s and magic items may not be returned.

Please note that returned merchandise must be unused and in the original unopened packaging.
